Shipping & Delivery
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation via both WhatsApp and Email, along with tracking details to track your shipment.

We take pride in dispatching orders within 24 to 48 hours. Delivery timelines are as follows:

Metropolitan cities: 3-4 working days
Non-metro cities: 4-7 working days

Please note that these timelines are estimates and may be subject to delays due to weekends, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, traffic, or courier service disruptions. Rest assured, we work diligently to minimize any delays.

Shipping Fees
We offer free shipping across India, ensuring that your purchase reaches you safely, no matter where you are located.

Please note, we do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD) at this time.

Important Guidelines

No International Delivery: At this time, we do not offer international shipping. Our services are exclusively available within India.

Security Reminder: For your safety, please do not share any OTPs (One-Time Passwords) related to your order with anyone. Ckjewellery will never ask for your OTP.

Package Inspection: We highly recommend that you inspect the package upon delivery. In the event of any concerns, please record a video while unboxing to serve as proof in case of any dispute.
