Please carefully review the following guidelines for returns, exchanges, and reporting any issues with your order.

Returns

We offer a 3-day return window from the date of delivery. Customers are requested to pay for the return shipment and all returns will be processed as store credit, which can be used toward future purchases at Ckjewellery. Refunds to the original form of payment are not available.

To qualify for a return:

  1. Items must be in their original, unused condition, free from any signs of wear or damage.
  2. Items must be returned in their original packaging (including tags, box, and pouch).
  3. If purchased as part of a set, the entire set must be returned together; individual pieces cannot be returned.

Returns will not be accepted under the following conditions:

  1. If the return request is made after the 3-day return window.
  2. If the item has been used, opened, or shows any signs of wear.
  3. Misuse of the product or if the product does not match its original condition.
  4. Complimentary items (including free gifts) cannot be returned.
  5. Sale items or items purchased with a credit note are non-returnable.
  6. Items that are sent back to us without prior notification or approval.

Ckjewellery retains the right to refuse any return if it does not meet the above conditions or if the return request is deemed unacceptable for any other reason at our discretion.

Exchanges

We offer 7-day exchanges from the date of delivery. A Rs.180/- fee will apply, covering the cost of two-way delivery (pickup and redelivery). To qualify for an exchange, items must meet the same criteria as returns—unused, in original condition, and with all packaging intact.

Cancellations

Please note that order cancellations are not permitted once the purchase has been confirmed. We recommend carefully reviewing your order before placing it.

Damaged or Missing Items

If you receive a damaged or incomplete order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Our team will ensure a prompt resolution.

Upon receiving your order, please inspect it thoroughly. In case of any concerns, we recommend taking a video of the unboxing to help facilitate any dispute resolution.
